Privacy Policy
What we collect when you get in touch, who else can see it, and how to see it, correct it or have it deleted.

The short version
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party script of any kind — loading a page here sends a request to us and to nobody else. We only hold personal information if you choose to send it, by filling in the enquiry form, emailing us or messaging us on WhatsApp. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
Who we are
HagoDigital is a digital marketing business operated by Juan Pablo Tagliaferro from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean HagoDigital.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at jp@hagodigital.ai or on WhatsApp.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your business name, your email address, where the business is, a description of the business, whether you have a website, a Google Business Profile or an Instagram account and their addresses if you give them, which services you are interested in, your budget range, when you want to start, any launch date, how ready you are, and anything else you choose to write in the free text box.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever is in that message, along with your email address or phone number.
When any page is served, the company that hosts this site records ordinary server information, including the IP address that asked for the page. We do not have access to those logs and do not use them.
We do not ask for, and have no reason to hold, government identifiers, payment card numbers, health information or any other sensitive information. Please do not send them through the form.
What we do not collect
We want to be specific about this rather than vague, because most privacy policies are vague about it:
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No analytics of any kind — we cannot see how many people visit, which pages they read, or how long they stay.
- No advertising or social media tracking pixels.
- No fonts, maps, videos, chat widgets or other content loaded from someone else’s server, so no other company is told that you were here.
The one exception is a thank-you page used in our private client brief, which saves your own answers in your own browser so you can see what you sent. That stays on your device and never reaches us.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry, look at the business behind it, reply to you, work out whether we are the right fit, prepare a quote if you want one, and do the work if you go ahead. If you become a client, we keep using your details to run the job and to contact you about it.
We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. If we ever start one, you would have to ask to be on it.
Who else can see it
Running a business means a few other companies necessarily touch the information. These are all of them:
- Web3Forms takes the enquiry form submission and delivers it to our inbox. Their servers are in the United States, the data is encrypted where it is stored, and they keep a copy for at most three years before deleting it automatically.
- Google provides our email, so anything you send us sits in an inbox Google operates.
- GitHub hosts this website and serves its pages.
- WhatsApp, operated by Meta, carries the conversation if you choose that door. Their own terms and privacy policy govern what happens inside the app.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, nobody else sees it. We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information for anyone else’s marketing, and we never will.
Information going overseas
Because of the companies listed above, your information is stored and processed outside Australia, principally in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our form provider does so under Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Our form provider deletes its copy of a submission automatically after three years at the latest. We keep our own copy for as long as there is a reason to — an open conversation, live work, or a record we are required to keep — and delete it when there is not. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
How it is protected
Everything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection, and our form provider encrypts what it stores. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise, but we keep what we hold to the minimum and give nobody access who does not need it.
Seeing it, fixing it, or having it deleted
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. There is no charge. We will ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we are not handing your information to somebody else.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights that apply there, including asking for a copy of your information in a portable form and objecting to how it is used.
If you are unhappy with how we handled it
Tell us first — email jp@hagodigital.ai and we will look into it and come back to you. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. There is no archive of old versions; the date tells you whether what you read before still stands.
