Questions about packages and pricing
What counts as a free fix?
For 30 days after launch, we fix any bug for free. A bug is something we built that doesn’t work the way we agreed: a broken page, form or link, or a layout that breaks on a phone. Tell us in writing and we fix it, even if the fix lands after day 30. After that, Website Care covers repairs (up to 2 hours a year); without it, we quote first for anything that isn’t ours to fix. These aren’t bugs: changes after you approve the site (new wording, photos, pages or features), anything someone else changed, outages or changes at Google, Cloudflare or your domain registrar, and search rankings, which nobody can promise. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply on top of this and don’t end at day 30: if something fails because we didn’t build it with due care and skill, fixing it is still on us.
Are your prices fixed or estimates?
Fixed. A starting price is a guide; after we talk, your written quote fixes the scope and price before work begins.
Do I get a quote as soon as I send my picks?
No. Your picks are a starting point, not an order. We call you first (phone, video or WhatsApp, your pick), talk it through, and then send the written quote and agreement. Nothing is final until you sign it.
Can I combine services or buy them separately?
Yes. One project or a combination. We won’t tell you every business needs every service. Most don’t. What we will tell you: ads and posts only pay off when the brand, website and Google profile they lead to make you the easy pick, so we build that base first.
Is advertising spend included in the monthly fee?
No. You pay Google or Meta directly, from an account in your name. Our fees are separate.
What happens if I need more work later?
We quote anything beyond the agreed scope before we start. Nothing turns into an open‑ended promise.
What’s in a website design package?
Website Starter (up to 5 pages) or Website Pro (up to 10): the pages agreed in the quote, built for search from the first line, forms that reach you, measurement in your name. The editing panel and extra pages are add-ons we price on the call.
What’s in an SEO package?
Two shapes. The SEO Audit, paid once, puts the foundations right and gives you a plan. Monthly SEO runs the plan: articles, technical checks, reviews answered, one report, one decision.
How do I pay?
One-off work is a deposit to start and the balance before launch. Monthly services are invoiced monthly. Ad spend is never part of our fee: you pay Google or Meta directly, from your own account.
Why are some things one-off and others monthly?
A website, a brand or a Google profile is built once and then it is yours: a one-off price. Search, ads and social are work that happens every month, because the search results, the auction and the feed change every month; stop the work and the result fades. The monthly price covers the work, never the ad spend, which you pay to the platform from your own account.
